PAYMENTS
You can pay for all your orders according to the model you choose when completing the order. Payment for the product can be made:
• one-time payment to the Seller's transaction account
• cash upon receipt of the order - cash on delivery (valid only for delivery to the territory of the Republic of Croatia)
• payment by credit or debit card
• payment by Apple Pay
• payment by Gift card/store credit/promotion code
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form with the Seller, and the buyer automatically receives an invoice at the entered e-mail address.
Payment shall be deemed to have been made at the time the payment is recorded in the Seller's transaction account.
If you decide to pay to the Seller's transaction account, the amount of the order increased by delivery costs will need to be paid by bank transaction, ie payment directly to the Seller's account via net banking, bank, post office or other payment.
When choosing this method of payment, you will receive an offer with all the information required for payment, including the account number to which you need to pay the value of the order.
Payment by cash on delivery
Upon delivery, the Buyer pays for his order in cash to the delivery person.
If you decide to pay in cash to the delivery person, the amount of the order increased by delivery costs will need to be paid to the delivery person.
Payment shall be deemed to have been made at the time the payment is recorded in the by the delivery person.
Hrvoje Dumančić maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
Payment by credit or debit card
During the checkout step "payment" – please select the option "card".
Possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged to the customer. If the customer is charged transaction fees by their bank, Hrvoje Dumančić will not refund these charges.

Please enter your card details on our payment site. Hrvoje Dumančić uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption which provides the safe and bug-proof transmission of your card details.
The order amount will be deposited on your card as a payment reservation until your order has either been sent (then the amount will be booked) or cancelled (then the payment reservation will be cancelled).
New verification process for credit card payments
Since the start of 2021, new regulations around bank account security came into effect as part of the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
These new measures were implemented to make your online payments even more secure.
The PSD2 protects your credit card details with a process called 2-factor authentication, which requires that you verify your identity to prove that you, not someone else, is using your credit card. With the new, added security of PSD2 regulations, if someone stole your phone, computer or credit card, they will not be able to make an online payment. We invite you to find further details about the PSD2 on ecb.europa.eu.
As of January 2021, banks are required to implement 2-factor authentication for online payments above a certain order value. If your are experiencing any troubles with credit card payments, we recommend you check with your bank whether your card is already registered for 2-factor authentication. If you’re not yet registered for 2-factor authentication, your bank should instruct you on how to do so. In the meantime, to avoid encountering payment issues for your Hrvoje Dumančić orders, we recommend you opt for an alternative payment method, since this verification method only applies to credit cards. Please find a list of our alternative payment methods below.
Please note that, depending on your bank, you may have the option to add Hrvoje Dumančić to your list of trusted shops, which would ensure future purchases with us would not require additional verification. Please reach out to your bank for further information on this.
Payments by Visa or Mastercard
The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode
These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.

Payment by American Express
The system recognizes whether the shipping address is identical to the address that has been provided to American Express as the billing address (Amex address verification system, abbrev. "AVS"). In case the address is not identical, you will be asked to provide American Express with a different shipping address in a separate email. Your shipment will not be delivered until the authentication was successful.
The following applies for all payments by credit card: refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.
Payment by Apple Pay
Please select "Apple Pay" as your payment method and you will be transferred to the Apple Pay site automatically. If you have an existing Apple Pay account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a Apple Pay account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered Apple Pay account.
Payment by gift card/promotion code
Simply go to "shopping bag" and enter your Gift Card/store credit/promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the balance of your store credit or Gift Card, or the amount of the promotion, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the balance on your Gift Card or store credit exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The amount remaining will be available until your credit balance has been used up completely.
Hrvoje Dumančić reserves the right to block Gift Cards or store credit if misused.
All payments, refunds and billing are in Kuna (HRK). Prices in currencies other than Kuna are published on the website purely for guidance.
Prices which are expressed in euros (EUR) are expressed equivalent in kuna (HRK) according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank of the day of payment for customers outside the Republic of Croatia.
Product costs do not include shipping costs.
The prices on our website will always be indicated whether they are VAT inclusive or VAT exclusive. Billing will always be VAT inclusive except in case of a shipment outside the EU or in case of customers with a valid VAT number outside of Croatia. In these last cases the customer is not subject to VAT.
Product prices are subject to change until the confirmation of purchase.
Images and descriptions of products are prepared in such a way as to convey to you as accurately as possible all the characteristics of the product and are updated and added up to date.

Through this site Hrvoje Dumančić provides a sales service - online gallery (hereinafter: web shop).
By using the Web shop service and all associated sites and services at www.horseland.online, it is considered that consumers are always familiar with these Terms of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”), and that they understand and accept them in their entirety.
These Terms apply to rights and obligations relating to the purchase of a product through the Web Shop and the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of a Long Distance Sale Agreement (hereinafter: the Agreement) between the Consumer as the End User and the Web Shop.

The use of Web shop services is granted exclusively to adult persons. This General Terms and Conditions of online purchases regulate the relationship between the Customer and the Buyers of the Web Shop Hrvoje Dumančić and the Seller, and in relation to the terms and manner of ordering the products, the price of the product, the way of payment, the warranty, the complaint and the return of the goods, the delivery of the goods, other issues related to the use of the Web Shop and online purchase, all in accordance with the applicable regulations, primarily the Trade Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

Orders are accepted and processed as per our abilities and availabilities.

Goods are sold and considered as accepted in our offices and warehouses, regardless of place, means or conditions of the delivery.
Any costs made for shipment will be borne by the buyer.

Delivery terms and transport
Delivery terms are strictly indicative. Delivery terms may be elevated.
Please note, in case of deliveries outside the EU, you will always be charged import duties or taxes. Import duties and taxes shall always be borne by the customer.
Any delivered goods remain property of the seller until full payment of the respective due invoices.

Property rights
When you place an order and choose to let it be delivered, the order will only be shipped once the full payment has been received.
Your order will be set aside in our warehouse for 1 month.
This period starts from the moment that all ordered products are available. We will send you an email once your order is complete and ready for shipment.
If you do not pick up or pay your order within the term of 1 month, we have the right to put your ordered products back in stock as well as to cancel your order.

Payment by cash on delivery

If the customer has decided to pay for the invoice, an invoice with all the data will be sent to the electronic address of the recipient. Upon receipt of funds to our business account, the goods will be sent to the delivery address.
If the customer has decided to pay in cash to the delivery person, an invoice with all the data will be given by the delivery person. Upon receipt of full payment the goods will be given to you by the delivery person.
In the case of refunds the original amount will always be refunded in the Kuna (HRK) currency that the initial payment happened If your country uses a currency other than Kuna (HRK) refund will be made at the prevailing rate of exchange. We are not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the time of purchase/payment and the time of refund.
Cancelling an order
It is still possible to cancel your order if it has not been sent to you yet. In this case, let us know as quickly as possible via email that you would like to cancel (a part of) your order. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please note that business customers (i.e. customers with a company name and/or VAT number) are not entitled to this right to cancel.
Right of withdrawal
At Hrvoje Dumančić you can exchange or return a product within 30 days after reception without penalty fee or reason and this according to the right to cancel. This right is only applicable to citizens of the EU (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Customers located in Switzerland or the United Kingdom can also cancel their order, but they will be responsible for the import duties.You are not obliged to give a reason for return, though this can be useful for us to improve our service. The costs to return the product are at the client's expenses.
Before you return a product, it can be useful to first send your request of return by email. Subsequently we will send you a return document which will normally accelerate the processing when the returned product arrives in our warehouse.
Conditions
A product in return will only be accepted if it complies to our return conditions. Any deviation from these conditions may cause a refusal of the return:
The products have to be complete (including all accessories and documentation).
Products have to be undamaged and in the original (undamaged) packaging. Products cannot show signs of usage, received products may only be viewed as would happen in a normal store. If you use the products, it means you accept the products.
The original packaging always has to be within at least one outer packaging.
The original packaging cannot in any way be smeared (for example by labels, stickers, damages, markings, etc.).
When we receive your return document, you have 14 days to deliver us the product(s).
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to tailor-made products for the customer, customization or products that are clearly intended for a specific person.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are used, damaged or incomplete.
The European right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers (i.e. customers with a business name and/or VAT number).
The European right of withdrawal only applies to orders delivered in the 28 EU member states + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
Method of withdrawal and return
Follow the steps below if you wish to withdraw and return your order.
Inform us by email that you want return your purchased product, and this within 30 days following the day of reception of the ordered product. Be sure to always state your customer number, invoice number and the product(s) you want to return. When we receive your return document, you have 14 days to deliver us the product(s). It is not required to give a reason for return, although this can be useful for us to improve our service and product offer.

If the product(s) goes/go missing or get damaged during return shipment, this will be your responsibility and Hrvoje Dumančić cannot be held liable.
In case of a return shipment from outside the European Union: Always use a courier service (e.g. DPD, TNT, …), never use a postal company. If you do use a postal company, you will be held responsible for all customs formalities yourself.
When we receive the returned product, we will check whether it complies with the conditions of return and inform you of our verdict by mail. If the product complies to our return conditions, we will refund you the full order amount.
Please note: we will only refund the paid price and the shipping costs - if there were any - to deliver the product to you. The shipping costs to return the product are always at your expense.If the product does not comply to our conditions of return, they remain your property and you have to pick them up within 14 days. If desired, we can return the products at your expense with a transportation company. If the refused return product is still in our warehouse after 14 days, you will be informed by email that the product is no longer our responsibility. From then on we hold the right to charge you storage costs.
Complaints
Every complaint needs to be addressed to us within 8 business days after delivery. After this term, the delivered goods will be considered as accepted. Packaging materials must be preserved for inspection. In the event of the customer’s refusal to accept the goods, they will be stored at the expense and risk of the customer, until full payment.
Within 5 working days the customer receives a term in which he/she will receive a proposal for resolution of the dispute of the seller.

Non-payment of an invoice after expiry date implicates immediate demandability of any invoices and cancellation of any orders in progress.
Every unpaid invoice from the expiry date onwards activates conventional due interest rates. In the event of disputes, cases will be brought only to courts in the jurisdiction of Zagreb (Croatia).
